Wacker Neuson at Samoter 2026
06. May 2026, 08:05
Wacker Neuson is exhibiting at Samoter, the international trade exhibition for earth moving and construction machines in Verona, Italy, from May 6–9, 2026. At booth D9 in hall 9, the company will present innovative solutions for efficient and future-ready construction site processes. The focus will be on a new generation of mini-excavators in the 2-ton class and the DV125 Dual View wheel dumper with integrated Active Sense Control (ASC), which was honored with the Samoter Innovation Award 2026. In addition, the Wacker Neuson exhibit underlines the broad range of solutions – from compaction equipment to compact construction machines.
“The Samoter trade fair is a great opportunity for us to showcase innovations that support the efficient construction site, showcase future-ready solutions and exchange with our customers,” says Georg Jung, Managing Director Wacker Neuson Italy. “We are all the more pleased that our DV125 dumper with Active Sense Control has been honored with the Samoter Innovation Award. The award confirms our consistent commitment to innovation, but above all to safety. The jury particularly commends the high priority we place on safety in a machine category that has a growing application on construction sites.”
New mini-excavators in the 2-ton class
So the presentation of Wacker Neuson’s new mini-excavator generation ET18, ET20 and ET25 is one highlight of the booth. The machines have been completely redesigned and combine high performance, versatile application areas and a comfortable operating concept. Engineered to offer more than typically expected in this class, the machines feature parallel auxiliary control circuits that can be activated directly via the joystick, allowing attachments to be used flexibly. Increased performance combined with high sensitivity ensures efficient operation in everyday use.
zero emission: Electric mini-excavators
In addition to conventional models, Wacker Neuson will also present electric alternatives in the same class. The fully electric excavators EZ10e and EZ26e enable locally emission-free operation, for example on urban construction sites or in sensitive areas. The zero-tail model in the 2,5 ton class EZ26e offers high maneuverability and can be transported together with attachments on a 3.5-ton trailer. The more compact EZ10e is ideal for very confined working areas. Both machines operate with very low noise emissions and without direct exhaust emissions.
Efficient material transport
For efficient material transport, Wacker Neuson will present the DV125 Dual View dumper with Active Sense Control. The assistance system monitors the surroundings of the machine, detects obstacles early and warns the operator or automatically reduces speed if necessary. The dumper combines a payload of 12.5 tons with the proven Dual View swivel seat concept for improved visibility and safety.
Also on display are the compact SM50 and SM100 mini loaders, which are particularly suited for work in confined areas. Their compact dimensions allow them to pass through narrow passages, while numerous attachments and high hydraulic power make them versatile tools for earthmoving and material handling.
Compaction solutions
Wacker Neuson will also showcase a wide range of compaction equipment with different drive technologies. These include battery-powered reversible plates such as the APU28 with the proven BatteryOne battery standard and DireX direct drive, as well as powerful diesel plates like the DPU62 for demanding compaction work in civil engineering and road construction. Overall, Wacker Neuson offers one of the industry’s broadest compaction portfolios – covering applications from light to heavy compaction work – building on a long tradition that dates back to the invention of the rammer by Hermann Wacker.
